Susan Eskinazi qualified as a solicitor in 1983 and established the firm of Eskinazi and Co in January 1998. Susan is a specialist in the law relating to children, both private and public law. She obtained a Diploma in Child Protection at Kings College, London in 1994 and became a member of the Law Society Children Panel in 1995. In addition Susan is an accredited specialist with Resolution in the areas of private children's law and child abduction and is a member of Re-Unite, the charity for abducted children. She is also a member of the Pro-Bono Panel of Lawyers for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. In the past Susan undertook extensive work in the field of domestic violence and was a Trustee of Barnet Women's Refuge. Susan has been involved in a number of high profile cases including when she represented six infant plaintiffs in judicially reviewing the London Borough of Barnet in their decision to close Kingswood, their special needs nursery situated in Finchley. It was the first challenge of its type under the Children Act.
In the well known case of the Internet twins, Susan represented the twins’ birth father in America following the twins’ mother having sold the children over the Internet to an English couple. Susan specialises in adoption, both domestic and inter-country. Until recently Susan was a Trustee of Childline sitting on various of their committees.

 Michelle Grant qualified as a solicitor with City firm Birkbeck Montagus in 1972. She worked in West End and local practices before joining Eskinazi and Co in 2003.
Michelle specialises in family and child law. Her work covers all aspects of family law including divorce and financial settlement and public and private law concerning the Children Act. She acts in adoption, both domestic and inter-country as well as international child abduction cases. Michelle is a member of the Law Society Family Law and Children Panel. Additionally, Michelle undertakes work in the Court of Protection. Michelle is particularly interested in working with troubled adolescents and disabled children. |

Christina Theodorou is a family lawyer who qualified in 1998. Christina is of Greek Cypriot origin and can speak Greek. She is an experienced solicitor specialising in family law, ancillary relief and divorce, in addition she specialises in representing parents in private children matters and all other disputes between parents. Christina has substantial experience in domestic violence and injunctions as well as advising on cohabitation rights, civil partnerships and child abduction cases. Christina also has expertise in private client work, namely in the preparation of wills and probate. Christina is a member of Resolution and the Specialist Family Law Panel of the Law Society. She is a tough negotiator who obtains good and fair results for her clients. She has trained as a collaborative lawyer and is committed wherever possible to helping clients to resolve their differences through negotiated settlements. Christina has a wide client base which includes serving the needs of the Greek community. She gives talks on family law including the giving of radio interviews. She was also a very active member of the management committee of Westminster Womens Aid for several years on a voluntary basis conducting AGM and meetings within the organisation. |

Anne has over 20 years experience as a solicitor-advocate and has acquired substantial experience in family law. She has appeared in the Magistrates and Crown Courts as well as the Family Proceedings Court, County and High Court. Her knowledge of both criminal and family jurisdictions enables her to advise in cases involving parallel criminal proceedings.
Anne continues her freelance family law advocacy practice whilst undertaking cases in her role as Consultant to Eskinazi & Co, she represents parents and extended family relations in both private law and public law cases. |
 Lynsey joined Eskinazi & Co. in 2005 upon qualifying as a Solicitor and has been practising family law ever since. Lynsey specialises in the areas of divorce, ancillary relief (financial) and all private law children matters including applications for residence, contact, parental responsibility and prohibited steps orders. Lynsey is also experienced in the representation of clients in relation to injunction proceedings as a result of domestic violence as well as representing parents of children who have been taken into care by the Local Authority. |
 Nigel Colman is a Solicitor of 25 years experience and has conducted a wide range of family matters, involving both public and private law proceedings. He is an experienced advocate and where possible conducts his own advocacy including a ten day High Court case involving allegations of sexual abuse and a five day neglect case. He has higher rights of audience for criminal cases and is a member of the Law Society Mental Health Panel. Nigel is a member of the Law Society Children Panel and regularly acts for the child in public law proceedings. He is well aware of the commitment and sensitivity needed in this demanding field. |
